The Apple is a fruit that has only appeared in two games.
Cube Escape: The Lake[]
If the player uses a shrimp head as bait, they will pull out a body, which later reveals itself to be a Corrupted Soul. If the corpse is cut with a knife, they player can pull a red-yellow apple out of its back. When the apple is placed onto the tree that grows from a fish, along with a gem, a coin, a shell and an eye, it will create a pentagram that summons the Corrupted Soul again.
Rusty Lake Paradise[]
A green apple appears in the tenth plague, found on a table with an unfinished arrow. Once the Arrow is completed, it can be used to knock David's hat off, allowing the apple to placed on the top off his head. The Apple can then be hit with the arrow, revealing a Worm that was inside of it.
