He instructs Harvey to get fresh ingredients for him by morning in order to cook the hotel dinners. In order to prepare each dinner, he gives Harvey a list of recipes with three ingredients each which Harvey needs to collect for him.
The meat is required, but the other two ingredients are optional to the completion of a dinner.
