Sarah White is a nurse working at the mental health facility The White Door, tending to Bob.
The White Door[]
In 1972, Sarah briefly appears each day at 11:00 AM to give Bob his regular checkup. She performs mental tests to help him regain his memories, and takes his dinner order before leaving for the day. On the sixth day, Sarah gives Bob his checkup while wearing protective gear as he has become corrupted.
In Bob's third dream, after learning of his ex-girlfriend Laura's death he is visited by Sarah. She offers her condolences, and gives him a houseplant and a questionnaire about how satisfied he is with his life. Upon completing the questionnaire she gives him a business card for The White Door, telling him if he ever needs help he can call them. In Bob's sixth dream, he wakes up in the street and decides to call The White Door to commit himself. Greeting him, Sarah informs him that he has almost remembered everything and lets him into his room to bring colour back into his life.
On the seventh day, while Bob is stuck as a Corrupted Soul, Sarah reenters his room. Against the instructions of the Manager, she accesses Bob's memories through the television and removes all traces of Laura from his mind, and puts his Corrupted Soul back to sleep. However, instead of Bob dreaming about his first meeting with Laura, she is no longer there and he instead goes through a white door. Opening the door, Sarah is standing with Bob in his room, who is no longer corrupted.
