The Screwdriver Cocktail is a drink made of vodka and orange juice.

A Screwdriver is the first cocktail the player must make in the cocktail mixer during the game, and must be served to the barfly, Bob. When drunk, Bob will produce a an actual screwdriver from his mouth, for the player to collect.

- The Orange Juice is on the back bar.
- The Vodka is on the back bar.
Trivia[]
- A Screwdriver is traditionally served in a highball glass and may contain other ingredients, such as Orange soda.
- If Galliano is added to a screwdriver, it is known as a Harvey Wallbanger, another drink that appears in the game.
