Spoons are an object that has appeared in a few of the games in the Rusty Lake series.
Cube Escape: Seasons[]
In the Spring, a spoon can be found in the third dresser drawer. It is used to scoop the black egg out of the pot of hot water after it is cooked, and then used to crack the egg open in order to reveal a black cube.
Cube Escape: Harvey's Box[]
There is a large silver spoon leaning against an empty wine glass at the start of the game. After Harvey's Box arrives at the Cabin, figures of Mr. Crow and the Fish can be arranged, to cause the wine glass to fill up. The spoon is then used to tap out a specific series of notes on the glass, to copy the song of a pigeon outside. Finishing the song causes a rope to drop from above.
Rusty Lake: Roots[]
In 1867, Mary Vanderboom is ready to give birth to her babies. However, before she can deliver her triplets, she needs to take a spoonful of birth potion. The spoon is found on top of a dresser wih drawers, next to the children's birth certificates and a mortar and pestle. After a nearby plant is ground into birth potion with the mortar and pestle, the spoon is used to scoop it up and feed it to Mary.
