The Cabin is a recurring location in the Rusty Lake games. It is the main setting of Cube Escape: The Lake, a major location in Cube Escape: Case 23, and has cameo appearances in some of the other games. It is a small wooden fishing shack situated on an small island in the middle of the Rusty Lake, with a single door and window, and a small deck for the player to fish from.
Cube Escape: The Lake[]
Laura finds the Cabin abandoned and spends the day fishing inside before being attacked by a Corrupted Soul. Depending on the player's choice, she either defeats the soul and creates a black cube, or her fate is left ambiguous.
Cube Escape: Case 23[]
After leaving the Chapel, Dale Vandermeer is taken to the cabin by Mr. Crow. When there he is attacked by a Corrupted Soul with antlers, who begins to warp the Cabin with surreal imagery. Dale escapes through a hidden elevator and is seemingly lowered into the depths of the lake, where he sees his memories as cubes.

- The music that plays initially during Cube Escape: Case 23 is called "Ambiment". When the Corrupted Soul appears, the track changes to "The House of Leaves".
Trivia[]
- The Cabin is briefly seen in Cube Escape: Harvey's Box after Harvey is transported there.
- Despite the fact that Harvey's Box followed the Woman to the Cabin, it is not seen in Cube Escape: The Lake.
